Level I Tools Associate

Full Time ( $12 – $14 Per Hour )

Level I Tool Associate reports to the Front End Manager and Sales Floor Manager. They provide legendary customer service and offer the solutions to the customers needs on the sales floor. Level I Tools Associates are encouraged to apply for Level II positions within 1 year from date of hire.

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To, The Following:

  • Customer Service Is Priority One At All Times, Treating Each Customer As An Honored Guest
  • Participate In All Store Training
  • Executing the IISS Sales Model Offering Sales Solutions To Customer Projects
  • Executing All Store Services, Such As Mixing Paint, Cutting Glass, Pipe, and Keys
  • Stock All Warehouse, Drop Ship, And Back Stock Inventory
  • Special Ordering Product For Customer
  • Answer Telephones (Before the Third Ring) Direct Calls Appropriately
  • Be Alert For Shoplifting Activity
  • Set A Positive Example By Following Company Procedures And Positive Communication
  • Focus On Needs Of Others, Which Includes Cooperation With Team Members, Helpfulness, Responsiveness, and Service Orientation
  • All Other Duties As Needed

Required Skills

  • Proven Ability To Equate Weights And Measurements
  • Proficiency With All Store Equipment
  • Proficiency With All Store Technology (i.e. ACENET and POS Computers)
  • Ability To Pass Basic To Intermediate Skill Assessments In Assigned Departments, As Well As Technology, Equipment, And Store Services Within 45 Days of Hire.
  • Effective Communicator With Co-Workers, Managers, and Customers
